We have an opportunity to appoint 2 x Administrators, to work at our Altrincham office on a Fixed Term Contract for 5 months. We are open to applications from individuals seeking either full time or part time hours. Reporting into the Project Support Manager, responsibilities include:

  • Photocopying/printing/scanning
  • Uploading documents
  • Diary management
  • Filing
  • Managing travel arrangements for project team (accommodation and travel)
  • Organising meeting rooms/conference rooms
  • Booking new starter inductions and passes

Requirements:

  • Individuals are likely to have worked previously in an administration role
  • Organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
  • A good team player
  • Strong IT skills - Microsoft office package (Word, Excel & PowerPoint)
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Computer literate with good knowledge of all Microsoft Office packages including office 365.
