We are recruiting for an Administrator to work on site in Pembroke. This a permanent position and we are interested to receive application from individuals who are able to work either part time or full time.  The minimum hours required on site would be 9:30 – 15:00, Monday to Friday.

Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Uploading orders & data on to the COINS system
  • Goods Receipt Note (GRN’s)
  • Processing & sending out orders
  • Matching information
  • Answering the phone
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Letter writing
  • Uploading data and updating the in-house IT system
  • E-mails
  • General Administration


  • Applicants should have a background in working in an administration role
  • IT skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good team player
  • Organised
  • Accurate data entry skills
  • Personable character
  • Good communicator
  • Having previously worked on a construction site would be advantageous
