We have an immediate requirement to appoint a Graduate Process Engineer to join our Head Office in Southampton. Working within our multi-disciplined design team, the Graduate Process Engineer would predominantly be working on Waste water Treatment Works. Working under the supervision and guidance of a Senior Process Engineer, duties include but are not limited to;
The Trant Graduate Scheme is offered to all Graduates joining the business. This a period of training and development over 24 months, where you are assigned a mentor to carry out basic training associated with your discipline to enable you move from a Graduate Process Engineer to a Process Engineer.
You will initially be inducted into the business and you will receive safety, health, environmental & quality training, learn the company policies & procedures and receive training to use the company Project Management System whilst working with your teams and being allocated a mentor.
By 12 months, you should have commenced working on your professional review Initial Professional Development (IPD) and will be actively engaged in the Professional Forum. At this time, you should be ready to work more independently as a Process Engineer and by 24 - 36 months you could be mentoring your own first year Graduate.
