We are currently recruiting for an Innovation Manager to join our Process & Water Sector, working on the Southern Water MEICA Framework at Trant BTU.
The Innovation Manager will be accountable for the leadership and strategic direction of the innovation arm of the business operation.
As part of the Senior Management team this role will be responsible for stimulating an environment for innovation, promoting, and developing strong innovative solutions.
The candidate must be able to lead new thinking and nurture new ideas from concept, through pilot and possibly into mainstream water processes.
Duties will include but are not limited to.
It is essential that applicants have a strong background in the Water Industry (Wastewater in Particular). The successful applicant is likely to currently work within product development or perhaps in a Project Management role.
