We are currently seeking to recruit a Quantity Surveyor to join our Process & Water division, working on water and waste water projects within the Wessex Water region. Based from Head Office in Southampton, the Quantity Surveyor will be working on projects comprising multiple M&E contracts (some civils), using NEC Form of Contract.

Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Valuations
  • Change Control / Compensation Events
  • Subcontractor Procurement
  • CVR's
  • Early Warnings
  • Updating Risk Register
  • Monthly Commercial Reporting
  • Cash Flow Forecasts
  • Subcontractor Payments
  • Dispute Resolution
  • Final accounts

Desired Skills / Background:

  • HNC/HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Working knowledge of NEC
