We have an urgent requirement to recruit a Senior QS to join our Process & Water team, initially based on site at a Water Treatment Works near Winchester. Reporting into the Commercial Manager, duties include but are not limited to;

  • Subcontract Payments
  • CVR's
  • Pricing
  • Report Writing
  • Valuations
  • Compensation Events
  • Take-off’s
  • Variations
  • Final Accounts
  • Claims

Desired Skills / Background

  • HNC/HND/BSc in Quantity Surveying or Commercial Management
  • Working knowledge of NEC
  • A background of working on M&E/civils works within a water/process environment
