We have a number of different divisions, including; Energy, Oil & Gas, Process & Water, International and Control & Automation. We have over 800 employees and with a healthy forward order book and a projected turnover of £180m this year, it is an exciting time to join the business.

We are recruiting for a Site Administrator to work on a substation project in Cottam near Retford. The Administrator is required to work 4 hours each day, Monday to Friday. This is a temporary contract until the end of October 2021.

Duties include but are not limited to;

  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Letter writing
  • Uploading data and updating the in-house IT system
  • E-mails
  • General Administration


  • Applicants should have a background in working in an administration role
  • IT skills, particularly Word, Excel, Outlook
  • Good team player
  • Personable character
  • Good communicator
  • Having previously worked on a construction site would be advantageous
