We currently have twenty five Chartered Engineers working within our business and an additional sixty following both external and internal training programme towards Chartership to either ICE, CIWEM, IET, IMechE, RICS or CIOB
Each year our staff participate in over 35,000 man-hours of training and development. Training programmes are delivered through our in-house CITB and British Safety Council Accredited training facility. A variety of training courses and NVQs are available in Health and Safety, Technical, Commercial and core Engineering Competencies.
Our Graduate Programme is designed to build a platform of industry and technical knowledge, structured experience and complementary training and development. It provides the tools and opportunity to establish a solid pathway and knowledge to attain professional registration and senior engineering positions.
We combine engineering technical training with a leadership skills programme delivering exceptional engineering talent.
Our apprenticeship trainee programme remains strong with over twenty apprentices working in electrical, mechanical and automation disciplines.
