Contracts Manager

Due to continued growth, we are currently recruiting for a Contracts Manager to join our Wessex Water Framework. The Contracts Manager will oversee a portfolio of M&E projects throughout the Wessex Water region and is likely to be based close to HQ in Southampton and visit sites weekly. Work comprises of maintenance and replacement of clean and dirty water infrastructure (M&E predominantly).
Reporting to the Framework Manager, duties include but are not limited to:
Due to the complexity of projects that we work on, it is essential that applicants have a background in managing the successful delivery of M&E engineering projects. A background of working on clean or wastewater projects would be a strong advantage and is preferred. It may be that you are currently working as a Contracts Manager or perhaps you are a Senior Project Manager who is seeking to take the next step in your career. Either way, you will have an excellent technical ability in M&E/civil engineering and be a strong manager of people, possessing the ability to get the most out of your team.
