Site Engineer (temporary)

We are seeking to recruit a Site Engineer to work on a 1.5km pipeline project on St Martins and a 500, pipeline project on Tresco. The Site Engineer will have a civil engineering background and a history of working on pipeline/water/waste water projects.
This is a temporary contract for approximately 4 months, starting on site in February 2024. Accommodation will be provided and the daily rate is competitive.
Reporting to a Site Manager, responsibilities include but are not limited to;
· Setting out of civil engineering works
· Site surveying tasks
· Ensuring quality assurance/quality control requirements are met
· Reading and understanding drawings and specifications
· Calculating quantities
· Complying with company policies and procedures
· Ensuring high levels of Health & Safety at all times
Qualifications/background:
· Civil Engineering background
· SMSTS
· CSCS
· Experience of working within water/waste water
